Phase 1: Redevelopment of the N10 including a bicycle path between Caves St. Martin and Wueswee
- Upgrade of the N10 (Route du Vin)
- Construction of a bicycle path
- Sewage system: implementation of the storm water sewage system (parking lot), including siphon connections
- New water mains, low voltage electricity, public lighting (parking lot and crosswalks) and telecommunications
- Creation of parking lots using ecological paving stones
- Construction of the sidewalks, including earthworks, sidewalk box, paving of the sidewalks with concrete paving stones
- Creation of green spaces between the N10 and the bicycle path
- Supply and installation of new street lights (LED type) for the roadway, parking lots and crosswalks
